Which is why, in this time of uncertainty, we are listening to recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as we strive to help protect our customers and our team members from the spread of this virus.
With that said we’ve taken proactive measures for business continuity and remain fully operational at this time, so you can expect our technicians to arrive at your home as scheduled.
We have increased expectations for employee handwashing and sanitizing practices. Not only have we implemented additional sanitation measures at our office but also before and after we’re in each home. Per the CDC’s recommendation it is about reducing the risk, and we are doing our part!
One key thing to take comfort in, is knowing that in almost every case all Banko needs to do to ensure the job is done seamlessly happens right in the garage. Therefore, social distancing ourselves from you and your family is just another step we are taking in our safety measure. We can even accept payment via credit card, and you don’t have to personally exchange a credit card or sign for anything, so person to person contact is not necessary. We can service your door and be on our way.
