Multiple experiences, all of them good. Banko came out immediately after the hurricane to fix flood damage. Again to repair a complex door that required parts to be custom made on site. Ryan came out today to fix a broken spring that had trapped my car in the garage. These guys are terrific.

I called knowing only that my garage door was making too much noise. Jennifer was professional, friendly, and efficient on the phone and set up an appointment for me. Two days later, as scheduled, the technician Ryan came and assessed the door, performed (long overdue) maintenance, and made suggestions for future needs. There was NO attempt to upsell anything! Very straightforward, and charged exactly what I had been told on the phone. Will not hesitate to call Banko Overhead Doors again.
