Responsive and efficient.

My technician was amazing! He knew what he was doing and had our garage door up and running in no time. He showed up on time , called to let us know when he was on his way, and the only thing I regret was not calling sooner. I definitely recommend Banko Garage Doors and will use them again if ever needed.

Dave was awesome and was great at explaining what he was doing to troubleshoot a problem that I experienced but he couldn’t replicate at first. Eventually he witnessed the issue and, at least this far, has been able to fix it by adjusting my sensors and cleaning the sensors. He also reset some of the settings to make sure that everything was working properly. Dave also mentions that my springs looked a bit older and indicated that it could be a cause, but never pressured me to replace them if he wasn’t sure what the issue was. What a great technician.

Today Mr. David J came to our home to service our garage door. We were replacing both springs for our garage. He was very professional and he took the time to explain the process to me. I really appreciate his kindness and patience with me. He was able to do the job very quickly and before leaving he made sure he showed that everything was working properly. Thank you Mr. David J!

Juan was very professional, courteous and friendly. Did an excellent job replacing the bottom section and reattaching the garage door opener. Juan made sure the door was operating properly and explained what was done. Would recommend that Banko hire more people with the work ethic and professionalism like Juan. This will surely elevate the company and the service it provides.

My garage door broke the spring, and Banko sent two repair guys out at different times and fixed the spring. Even though the parts have to be ordered, they were fast and prompt with the repair. The price was reasonable. I will call Banko again in the future for my garage door’s needs and repair.
