Tech was in and out in thirty mins, answered all my questions and was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Sage was my tech and was very professional throughout the entire experience. He called promptly on his was and did a wonderful job getting my garage door back in service. I’ve already called to schedule more maintenance on other rental properties. I recommend this company for any garage repairs or new installs. Lisa on the phone was also very accommodating and helpful.

We had an excellent experience with Robert. He was on time, performed maintenance on the garage door, reconnected our two clickers and the outside door control, and showed us how to handle the latter two issues if there are any future problems.

Robert did a great job assisting in getting my car out of the garage. (I have a custom real wood door, and it was very heavy needing much heavier heavier springs.) Two days later he returned with two sets of paired custom springs replacing the older springs and broken spring on our two doors promptly at 8:00am and finishing by 10:00. Polite, clean, prompt and quick. What more could you ask for?

Things went very well with repair. Service was done quickly and to my satisfaction. From the initial appointment to the morning reminder to the finalizing of the bill – everything could not have gone better!
