Excellent service. Quick and professional. I was given a window for the day and then told they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. That allowed me to run errands while waiting for the call. I couldn’t expect a service call to go any better. Thank you and I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.

I have a new home which the garage door was installed by Banko. I needed a service call to fix loud banging when the door went up and down after the first 3 months. Serviceman came out and was able to silence the banging. Granted I’ve been in the house for 1.2 years now the door is doing the same thing as before. Called to report and even though it’s doing the same thing they need to charge me $120 dollars to look at the door. Was the door fixed correctly the first time ?

The technician did a great job repairing the installation from another contractor of a new home. Now it works properly and no strain on the opener. Will use them for annual service. Exceeded expectations and highly recommend them.
