Service Specialist
Reports to: Brand and Sales Manager
Banko Overhead Doors, Inc. is currently seeking a Service Specialist in our West Central Florida office near the airport.
Service Specialist Job Duties:
- The Service Specialist is the face of the company, taking all inbound customer calls and assisting in their needs.
- Good communication skills and the ability to access a situation and provide a solution is a key role in this position.
- Interaction with our service technicians and order input is a part of the Service Specialist responsibilities so organization and accuracy is a must.
- We will train you on our software. products and procedures.
Skills/Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should enjoy a fast-paced environment utilizing their skills and abilities with: customer service, excellent accuracy, and the ability to prioritize work. Problem solving, listening, phone skills, and excellent organizational skills are other qualifications.
Job Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a PLUS
