We had an excellent experience with Robert. He was on time, performed maintenance on the garage door, reconnected our two clickers and the outside door control, and showed us how to handle the latter two issues if there are any future problems.

My call was returned promptly after leaving a message. The customer service associate was polite and professional. She asked me what I thought the problem was, and she clearly stated what the cost was going to be for replacing one or two springs. The technician called to notify me of the ETA. He was also polite and professional. The technician repaired just what need to be fixed and didn’t try to recommend any addons or upsell me on anything else. I thought that Banko was honest and transparent through the whole process. The repair was done properly the first time and haven’t had any issues with the garage door.

Ryan contacted me 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive which showed that he valued my time. Once Ryan was here, he immediately greeted me making me feel valued as a customer. He quickly diagnosed a problem and he came equipped with all the parts he needed to replace my unit. He immediately realize that the garage did not have any GFIC outlets as required by Florida law, those in a position of authority at Banko Garage Doors can sleep well that Ryan is the face of your company Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the job was done in an effective & Efficient manner

Arrived on time (early, actually), very professional, replaced the springs in our garage door after one snapped a few days earlier. And I’ll mention that they could have done a next day appointment but we weren’t in a huge rush (also, it was the Friday before Labor Day when the spring broke, so I love that they were willing to do a weekend appointment).

No complaints. Nothing but praise. Absolutely use Banko for all of your garage door repair and installation needs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The tech came out to check out my garage door’s issue. He gave me a diagnosis, a solution and even recommended a timeline for some future services along with costs. Afterwords he did some much needed neglected maintenance and had my squeaky garage door back to normal. Amazing service!

Great experience! They were able to get to my house the same day that I called. They immediately identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour.

What’s even better is that I was the last call of the day for the gentleman who fixed my garage, and despite having some issues with his work vehicle he still made it to my house. He could have opted to cancel and handle the issues with his vehicle, but he didn’t. He still showed up and delivered great service.

Highly recommend!

This morning, Saturday, the 2nd of September, around 11:30 am, our right garage door spring broke. I used Banko several years ago when we lived in Parrish, and they did a great job then. I called and scheduled a technician to come as soon as possible and within 2 hours both our springs were replaced at a great price and Paul, the technician, was great. Thanks for a wonderful job and we have scheduled for an appointment for a hurricane garage door in a couple weeks. This company was honest and no gimmicks and the quote given was the price when the job was completed.

Followup….October 31st we had our new hurricane overhead garage installed and in less than 3 hours it was installed!!! Excellent service, installation, time, cost and the two technicians that I can’t remember their names were very professional and courteous! No head banging or profane music, just smooth and pleasant work…thanks for everything!!’

The appointment was scheduled between the timeframe of 8am-12pm, however, tech showed up at 1pm without calling to warn they were running late. Kind of pointless in offering a timeframe if not sticking with it. Additionally, even though there is a pandemic he wasn't wearing a mask. Other than that, the job was done quickly and the tech was professional. Edit: After posting this review I was contacted by the company with an apology for the tardiness and mask guidelines. I'm impressed by how they took ownership of the issue and addressed it. It's small things like this that show a company cares. I'm adjusting my review to reflect my view on the company as a whole.

Anthony gave us great service on replacing our broken chain. He was very efficient, kind, personable, professional and an all around great employee. I would definitely recommend Anthony to install any garage doors. Anthony took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we had all our questions answered. Also, the price was right for the work that we had done.

Fantastic experience! Fast availability and fixed our problem that day without over charging. Another company wanted to charge over 1,000 and basically lied to me about the problems. Dan was friendly and efficient. Could not be happier!

Your employee in his truck was driving erratically along 38th street in St Petersburg yesterday. He was drunk. I saw him drinking a Coors Light Beer while swerving between lanes. He almost hit an elderly woman in her car. I got my video camera out to film your driver and he started yelling profanity out his window at me while screaming Anti Trump politics. Yelling to me to pull over to fight him. I was scared. I am contacting a lawyer & fully expect to file a lawsuit against this driver & your company. He put lives in danger.

Tech was on time and called about 20 minutes before arrival. 15-20 minutes later door was running smoothly and now I can relax and not worry about a breakdown or jam. Very nice young man. Efficient and courteous!

Banko is an awesome company! We just had them come out to replace a spring and install the new Liftmaster WLED operator. Gene and Jeff did a fantastic job. They were speedy and cleaned up after themselves. Our garage door works great now!!! Highly recommended them. 5 Stars! Great job guys!!!
