Our technician was fantastic! He called to let us know he was on the way. He was very professional and had excellent communication skill. The experience was excellent. Technician showed up when he was expected. He called when he was 35 minutes away to let me know he was on his way. He did a very thorough job installing two new garage door openers for me. They are working perfectly and very quietly, which has been a nice surprise.
Furthermore, Brian did an excellent job of cleaning up everything before he left. He was friendly and professional.
