We are very satisfied with the entire experience when we needed to have a 20+ year old opener replaced. The technician communicated with us about his arrival time. He got our old opener working again and did NOT pressure us into replacing it, although we did due to the age of it. He was very efficient and courteous. We felt the price for the device and installation was competitive.

The experience was excellent. Technician showed up when he was expected. He called when he was 35 minutes away to let me know he was on his way. He did a very thorough job installing two new garage door openers for me. They are working perfectly and very quietly, which has been a nice surprise.

Ryan contacted me 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive which showed that he valued my time. Once Ryan was here, he immediately greeted me making me feel valued as a customer. He quickly diagnosed a problem and he came equipped with all the parts he needed to replace my unit. He immediately realize that the garage did not have any GFIC outlets as required by Florida law, those in a position of authority at Banko Garage Doors can sleep well that Ryan is the face of your company Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the job was done in an effective & Efficient manner

Great experience! They were able to get to my house the same day that I called. They immediately identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour.

What’s even better is that I was the last call of the day for the gentleman who fixed my garage, and despite having some issues with his work vehicle he still made it to my house. He could have opted to cancel and handle the issues with his vehicle, but he didn’t. He still showed up and delivered great service.

Highly recommend!

Banko is the best! The old motor was 8 years old and really noisy. The tech could probably have made the old one last a while longer but the new one replaced all the old parts and it is so quiet. The new technology is wonderful for keeping track of opened or closed doors and more. Easy programing of extra remotes. Great tech that answered all my questions and was very professional and considerate of
my property. Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honest and reliable!
I had Banko replace a broken garage door coil. The technician who came out was knowledgeable, polite, professional and very friendly. He replaced the coil in less than 30 minutes and it cost me less than half than what other companies charge for doing the same thing! Will continue to use them for future garage door issues. Highly recommend.

Hello,
I’m sharing my experience with the company. They do excellent work and their technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and professional at their jobs. My previous service call was not an emergency and I was okay with a scheduled appointment a few days after the request.
Today morning the metal elbow that connects the door to the overhead motor came loose during normal operation and the two bolts were on the garage floor. Unable to operate the garage door I tried to reconnect the Metal elbow with the two bolts. Now the door opens but upon closing the door; it reopens on its own and does not stay closed.
When I called the help line Mr. Dominic was polite and offered to have it looked at today for a flat fee of $120 for the visit + work. When I told him I’m still covered under their warranty he put me on hold and later informed me that it can only be looked at two days from today. The manager Nyiesha was also very polite and explained that the warranty work even though it’s an emergency will have to wait for few days because of their “Company Policy”. She refused to allow me to transfer or speak to the owner of the company or any higher ups.
It’s apparent that the the warranty work puts you in a “second class citizen” VS a new paying customer for the same services even though they have time available on the schedule… so beware that if you have an emergency you are on your own !!
It would be nice if the accountable person, perhaps the owner can explain the double standards for this service.
Again there is no complaint about the quality and workmanship of their products.

I was pleasantly surprised that the company responded promptly and sent a technician within the hour to resolve the issue.
The issue has been resolved and I hope that the help desk are authorized to determine emergencies VS non emergency situations and respond to the customer needs appropriately.
Thank you for your understanding.
If I can , I’ll definitely upgrade my review to Five stars.

The appointment was scheduled between the timeframe of 8am-12pm, however, tech showed up at 1pm without calling to warn they were running late. Kind of pointless in offering a timeframe if not sticking with it. Additionally, even though there is a pandemic he wasn't wearing a mask. Other than that, the job was done quickly and the tech was professional. Edit: After posting this review I was contacted by the company with an apology for the tardiness and mask guidelines. I'm impressed by how they took ownership of the issue and addressed it. It's small things like this that show a company cares. I'm adjusting my review to reflect my view on the company as a whole.

Anthony gave us great service on replacing our broken chain. He was very efficient, kind, personable, professional and an all around great employee. I would definitely recommend Anthony to install any garage doors. Anthony took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we had all our questions answered. Also, the price was right for the work that we had done.

Fantastic experience! Fast availability and fixed our problem that day without over charging. Another company wanted to charge over 1,000 and basically lied to me about the problems. Dan was friendly and efficient. Could not be happier!

Your employee in his truck was driving erratically along 38th street in St Petersburg yesterday. He was drunk. I saw him drinking a Coors Light Beer while swerving between lanes. He almost hit an elderly woman in her car. I got my video camera out to film your driver and he started yelling profanity out his window at me while screaming Anti Trump politics. Yelling to me to pull over to fight him. I was scared. I am contacting a lawyer & fully expect to file a lawsuit against this driver & your company. He put lives in danger.

Tech was on time and called about 20 minutes before arrival. 15-20 minutes later door was running smoothly and now I can relax and not worry about a breakdown or jam. Very nice young man. Efficient and courteous!

Banko is an awesome company! We just had them come out to replace a spring and install the new Liftmaster WLED operator. Gene and Jeff did a fantastic job. They were speedy and cleaned up after themselves. Our garage door works great now!!! Highly recommended them. 5 Stars! Great job guys!!!
