Ben was EXCELLENT and so was the lady who scheduled my appointment! My husband had recent knee replacement surgery, and our car was stuck in the garage due to a BROKEN SPRING on our triple insulated door. The repairman, BEN, called to confirm his arrival time, replaced the springs and was on his way to his next appointment within 90 minutes! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE which is rarely found these days. I wanted to give a big shoutout to THANK both people for their incredible support.

Excellent Job – fast, efficient, cost-effective. Johnny – the Banko technician – was friendly, knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was with my malfunctioning door and presented me with options that lined up with by budget for the job. Once my options were decided, he told me that the job would be done in an hour or less – and it WAS. No nonsense. The outcome exceeded my expectations both in terms of product, service and results. I now have a very smooth operating garage door that I expect to give me years of seamless service. I liked that Johnny did not seem to “upsell” me but gave me budget options and upgrade options – leaving the decision to me. No pressure. He was honest and fair. I highly recommend Banko.

The garage door spring replacement service was exceptional. I contacted them during the evening, and they completed the repair the following day. The employees were also exceptionally friendly and courteous.

Dan was great. Within two minutes he had found the problem, gave me several options. I ended up with new garage opener unit. My order was delayed due to the recent storm. Nevertheless, customer service kept me updated along the way. The technician was knowledgeable and nice.  He patiently explained everything that was done during the installation and made sure he showed how everything operates. He was very knowledgeable.
