  The appointment was scheduled between the timeframe of 8am-12pm, however, tech showed up at 1pm without calling to warn they were running late. Kind of pointless in offering a timeframe if not sticking with it. Additionally, even though there is a pandemic he wasn't wearing a mask. Other than that, the job was done quickly and the tech was professional. Edit: After posting this review I was contacted by the company with an apology for the tardiness and mask guidelines. I'm impressed by how they took ownership of the issue and addressed it. It's small things like this that show a company cares. I'm adjusting my review to reflect my view on the company as a whole.

  On time and very quick service. Explain the repair and price it would cost. I have used them several time previously.

  Anthony gave us great service on replacing our broken chain. He was very efficient, kind, personable, professional and an all around great employee. I would definitely recommend Anthony to install any garage doors. Anthony took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we had all our questions answered. Also, the price was right for the work that we had done.

  Fantastic experience! Fast availability and fixed our problem that day without over charging. Another company wanted to charge over 1,000 and basically lied to me about the problems. Dan was friendly and efficient. Could not be happier!

  Your employee in his truck was driving erratically along 38th street in St Petersburg yesterday. He was drunk. I saw him drinking a Coors Light Beer while swerving between lanes. He almost hit an elderly woman in her car. I got my video camera out to film your driver and he started yelling profanity out his window at me while screaming Anti Trump politics. Yelling to me to pull over to fight him. I was scared. I am contacting a lawyer & fully expect to file a lawsuit against this driver & your company. He put lives in danger.

  Tech was on time and called about 20 minutes before arrival. 15-20 minutes later door was running smoothly and now I can relax and not worry about a breakdown or jam. Very nice young man. Efficient and courteous!

  Banko is an awesome company! We just had them come out to replace a spring and install the new Liftmaster WLED operator. Gene and Jeff did a fantastic job. They were speedy and cleaned up after themselves. Our garage door works great now!!! Highly recommended them. 5 Stars! Great job guys!!!

  Our old garage door opener died on a Monday afternoon and Mike replaced it before noon on Tuesday!! Great service, very professional and the new unit is much better than the old one. Price was excellent. I highly recommend Banko Overhead Doors!

  This is such a great company! Dan West the TECH was at my house within two hours , replaced both springs on the Main Garage door in less than 1/2 hour for a very reasonable price! What an outstanding local company!?
